Beginning January 1, 2011, NOW accounts and Interest on
Lawyers Trust Accounts (IOLTAs) will no longer be eligible for unlimited
FDIC insurance protection. Those accounts will however continue to be
provided FDIC insurance protection of at least $250,000 available to
depositors under the FDIC's general deposit insurance rules.
