Safe Deposit Box Lost Key
Actual cost of replacing key - approximately $13.50. If both keys are lost, we must have the box drilled open and repaired. Customer must pay actual cost of drilling the box.
Statement Research
$10.00 per hour, $1.00 per statement and $0.25 per check.
ATM Cards
Cash withdrawals from checking or savings accounts are limited to $200 per day with an additional limit of $500 within 72 hours. There are no fees for BTC BANK customers to use BTC BANK ATM cards at BTC BANK ATM terminals.
Overdrafts or Nonsufficient Funds
An insufficient funds item may be created by check, in-person
withdrawal, ATM withdrawal or other electronic means. The charge will be $20.00 for each item.
Cashiers Checks / Money Orders
Amounts under $1,000 - $1.00 fee, amounts over $1,000 - $2.00 fee.
Photocopies
$0.25 per page and $0.35 for both sides of page.
Fax Transmissions
Outgoing - $1.00 per page with a minimum of $5.00
Incoming - $1.00 per page
Savings Accounts
$0.50 for each withdrawal over 6.
Dormant Account Fee
If you have an account that has no activity for one year (no deposits or no withdrawals), we may charge a fee of $1.00 per month.

Recording Fees
Real Estate Deeds $24.00 for the first page, $3.00 for each additional page. UCC's - $17.00 for the first page, $1.00 for each additional page. Online UCC filing is $10.00.
Checking Accounts
Regular account - $3.00 charge, if balance is under $300. NOW and Hifi/Money Market accounts - $5 charge if balance is under $1,000.
